Good snow at Log Cabin

Fun day out at log cabin. Travel was easy even through the cut line though there are still some open sections and smaller twigs poking out. Wind was mild once we reached the end of the treeline but picked up once we hit 1200m (where we turned around). Snow was beginning to feel more wind affected but no signs of instability. Wind had obviously just picked up in general as it stayed heavy even as we got back down to the exit of the cutblock and headed back up for a second lap. Snow quality was variable. Thin in spots, definitely some sharks out there. But we hit pockets of great powder, especially within the trees.
