Quick report

We travelled to 8600’ in Prater Canyon today. Rain crust all the way to there. Significantly thicker crust as we went higher turned us around. On our way in we unintentionally triggered a slope at 8300’. 3 caught. One to mid chest. Extremely lucky. We were disappointed in our poor decision making that led us to 3 people being exposed to this slope. Second snowmobiler triggered the slope. A skin track & several ski tracks from days prior had also traversed this path.
