The snow varied a lot in depth from rocky to about 130cms with a lot of dust on crust, depending on wind load. Some surface snow was being triggered by another group of skiers we saw resulting in some size 1 slides. We did note some surface hoar was forming in colder areas away from the sun and near the lakes. We had camped overnight near Sheila Lake and temps did drop down to -14. Overall, conditions were ok and our test pits were clean and didn't pop or propogate with a moderate reaction about 35 cms down.
