Rain and sleet

I skinned up to just beyond Brockton Pt. from the resort parking lot. It rained most of the way. The snow was saturated and very dense. On the return, I skied the adjacent run to start but went back to the trail for the lower two thirds. Saw one slab avalanche as it occurred at the 1170 metre level
