Middle West Obs

Only two slabs out 72hrs+ seen from a distance (Where the MIN pointer is located). East facing alpine to Sz 3 running approx 500m vertical. Lots of loose wet from steep features but not running far. Nothing stepping down below melt freeze crust. Only a slight crust recovery overnight with deep isothermal slop below treeline only slightly supporting a skier and sled. New snow baked down to just a few cm on anything solar but up to 30cms in very sheltered locations. Ski quality was ok.
