Went out to inspect the damage from the rain storm. Rain runnels were very prominent. 6cm thick unbreakable rain crust with 6-10cm dry powder on top @1725m NNW on Obo shoulder. Crust present on all aspects, at all elevations on Obo. Surface hoar found @ treeline in sheltered openings.
