From Sat to Sun, there was 20 cm which cracked and slid easily on unsupported rolls. Much whumpfing prompted us to dig. CT results at 1450 m on S facing slope in open area at top of cut block revealed CTE2 RP down 15, CTE3 RP down ~30, and CTE5 SP down 50 on a very thick sun crust. Subsequent ECT gave a SP on ECT7 down 50 on the same sun crust, which we assumed was what caused whumpfing. We kept to supported slopes <30 ° and had no incidents.
