Great conditions on the Puzzle Ramp Peak today! There's actually a base starting to form, but it's still possible to sink down in the bottomless facets in spots. Maybe about 10cm of fresh snow, some of which was slabbing up in spots thanks to the wind. We booted up to the summit from the col and there was some thicker reactive wind slab right near the top. Variable snow conditions up high but the lower half of the ramp was awesome mellow skiing. No other instabilities noted on our route apart from the wind slab in the high alpine. Size 1 natural wind slab observed off the leeward (south/southeast) side of Puzzle Peak proper on a steep wind loaded slope.
