Jubilee Bowl

byronjamesfinkelstein, Saturday 8th February, 2025 10:38PM

Conditions were fairly stable, around 15-20cm of fresh powder, however, there was an ice layer about 3mm thick at 195cm and that has created a bit of a weak layer but still fairly stable as it withstood tap 6 of the second round of compression tests. Aspect of the bowl was west. On the back side (east side) of the summit there had been a small slab avalanche as well within the last 2 days.
