Window Mountain area today, we found great faceted powder in sheltered areas, and a range of 'other snow types' from scoured to wind slab in the Alpine and in exposed areas at Treeline. No notable inputs to report, other than beautiful sunshine and great, faceted powder ... Sky was clear, Temps were cold (-22 on arrival at staging at 10 am, ”warming” to -16 by early afternoon. Winds were calm today, but we saw evidence of previous snow transport over the last days. With the bluebird skies, we had good visibility into Alpine where we saw a couple of small (Size 1 to 1.5) natural Dry Loose and small (again, Size 1 to 1.5) natural Wind Slabs. No ECT (extended column test) or CT (compression test) results in the one hole we dug on the flats in the bottom of the bowl.
