Overcast conditions lightly snowing with moderate winds from the south. There was limited visibility. On the skin up to the observation point there was one incident of loud whoomfing at the third skier pass just before we stopped. Observation at 16deg slope W aspect CTM12 down 35 cm on crust with facets. ECTN16 down 35cm with 1/3 propagation. We believe that the avalanche danger has the potential for: Considerable (depending on aspect and height of snow above crust) Low Low
