Saw limited terrain but no signs of instability. At 1905 meters 105cms of snow on average on a NE aspect. Skiing was still shallow but is getting there. Dug 3 pits in a 25 square meter area. No results on 4 Extended Column Test and 3 Compression tests in two of the pits. The 3rd pit saw two hard results on a Extended Column Test that propagated in 1 loading step, down 59cms right above the crust on size two facets. Fairly significant variation in results. The rest of the snowpack was unreactive. The lower pack seemed lower density and more faceted than the East aspect yesterday at a similar elevation.
