Oboe Basin

Skiing is really good on northerly or sheltered aspects at 1800-2000m. Generally low density snow but really variable depth on top of a supportive crust. No new avalanches observed.

Mixed bag of weather today. Winds at ridge tops picked up late in the afternoon from the SW. Flurries thru the afternoon.

Really variable, right side up, HS with 0-70cm over February 3rd Rain/wind crust. At the location of the test profile, the crust was 13cm thick. Total HS +350cm
