Sun was poking out this morning and one could see higher alpine near the Icefields Centre. Signs of old serac fall on Mt Athabasca and recent looking loose wet/dry on east slopes near the north ramp. Watched a party ski down Parker ridge making it look like good turns are still to be had up high. Melt freeze crust at 2000 meters was strong enough to support one walking on foot without falling through.
