<p>North aspect was good Riding. 15cm new dry snow last night. There is a thin easily breakable melt freeze crust from freezing rain event yesterday. 5 to 10mm surface hoar easily found down 45cm and hard crust at 50cm(maybe saw the other surface hoar layer above crust. Snow is light density on N aspect with a bit of wind affect observed at ridgetops. A bit of sluffing from skiing on steeper terrain. We rode 30 to 45 deg in open treed terrain. </p>
