S/SW Spearhead

<p>Observed from SW across valley that a cycle of small slab avalanches began at 1400 hrs with start zones very near treeline. Winds calm and bluebird heating S asp steeper than 45 degrees to cause failures apparently on crusts resulting from early warm pulses in most recent storm cycle. Gullies running fast and long with some slides descending 400m or more...</p>
