Chickaboom traverse

Chickadee valley side - generally good travel, vis was low, dust on sun crust made for challenging skinning when it got steep. Constant flurries through out day, so could be better than what we had. N slopes off boom was excellent skiing. Pwl was unreactive, major concerns of day were many wind rolls & large crevasses right off summit of high col. Descent we took the shoulder back into chickadee, skied tight trees into valley. This was TERRIBLE, snow was isothermal soup, breaking constantly. Probably the worst ski descent of my life. Cannot recommend this at all in current conditions. Should have exited via Boom lake
