Metal Dome: touchy alpine

<p>Amazing riding in the trees, with nice dry snow. Not so good in the alpine with very variable snow from hard packet to nice pow. Touchy conditions on steep slopes: see the pictures of a recent avi size 2 (maybe 1-2 days old) that started on a 35 degrees slope. No idea what trigger it, but we saw tons of heli skiing tracks, so maybe they did it. </p>
