<p>Witnessed a natural avalanche yesterday from taylor lake skiing some chill lines near mt bell. size 1.5-2 slab avalanche out of a very steep NE aspect at ridge top at roughly 2700m, ran to about 2200.was approx 50cm deep 25m wide and 20m long but entrained alot of snow on the way down, relased natural from sun exposed cornices above or wind transport, realesed on old snow over a point of tension( rock crop) in the upper start zone, due to position in valley not much other data i could record, happened around 1pm. Skied all north aspects at tree line (2250m)found amazing winter blower powder and supportive/stable conditions., skiied steep unsuported terrain through rockbands and pillows with lots of sluffing nothing runningg to far. Late start had us staying away from any exposure to high consequence terrain or steep solar terrain</p>
