Large variety of snow conditions throughout our day. Lots of wind affected areas and pockets of windslabs ranging from 10-30cm in depth, seem be decently bonded to consolidated snowpack in various hand shear tests. Upper alpine snowpack is quite thin, as expected with the recent wind, made for an interesting uptrack. We rode down Crucifix and riding conditions were surprisingly quite good.
