Cornice Ridge

Strongs SE/E winds on Cornice ridge. We didnt see significant wind loading forming on north west aspect and riding didn't reveal any clear signs of instability. We rode the Nw and SE slopes starting near the col. We did an extended column test and compression test on the NW side of cornice around 1980m. The only test results of note were on the compression test with moderate sudden planers down 25 and 27cm and a hard sudden planer result down 70cm. None of the extended column test showed propagation likely results.
