Looking for more snow.

Very strong wind in the alpine and treeline. Windslabs above tree line, powder below. At 1900 m, below treeline, only 85 cm snowpack in the bowl. The top 43 cm (very soft) was above the last rain crust. Lots of elderberries/alders to negotiate.
