Fluffy to the bottom

We found good skiing and powder on North and North West aspects. The ridge top had significant wind affect and we transitioned onto our ski slopes with caution. We also had several whumpfs along the ridge, one had a visible 2inch settlement fracture 10feet away. We dug a pit on a North aspect at around 2350m. The snowpack depth where we dug the pit was ~75cm. We performed 3 compression tests with the following results: - CTM12, down 75 (facets at base of snowpack) SC - CTM15, down 75 (facets at base of snowpack) SC - CTM12, down 75 (facets at base of snowpack) SC We chose to stick to supported terrain and denser trees, this also seemed to be the best skiing. The more open it was the more the wind had affected it.
