Skied the south aspect of Mount Aberdeen from 3000m ASL, did not go to summit. The top 500m had a size 2 slide triggered by a cornice failure. Not much volume for debris but the surface snow slide a long way. Outside of a few hidden death cookies the full 1000m run was in amazing shape. Saw several size 2 avalanches coming out of very steep solar terrain and out of some of the runouts on Haddo Peak.
