Poop chute

Nick Mantegna, Wednesday 7th February, 2024 6:30PM
Booted up the sparsely treed section NW of poop chutes. Crust was easy to punch the foot in, but not breakable in most places. Up to 30cm of light wind loaded snow on top of crust in patches. We descended middle poop. Wind loaded sections were reactive and sliding off crust near top, so we stayed away from terrain that could form a slab. Overall fun skiing considering current conditions.
