Zupjok trees

South Coast Inland

There was 5 - 10 cm of fresh snow on a firm layer we could feel as we skinned up. The top slope of Zupjok was a crusty wind slab, we did not notice any reactivity. Around 1600m the trees were pretty thin and crusty. Near the bottom below 1500m the snow was heavy soft and deep again. Noticed some tree bombs near the end of the day as the sun stayed out for longer periods.
