Headed into the storm hoping to find some fresh pow and definitely lucked out. Experienced a mix of conditions including strong to extreme winds, whiteout blowing snow, sunny skies and thick cloud.
Plenty of signs of sz 1-2 avalanches on N facing terrain likely from early Sunday morning during the storm. 10cm fell during the day, approx 20cm fell earlier this morning.
Probed 165cm at 1150m elevation N aspect.
