<p>Saw a SZ 1 avalanche on NE aspect of steep cliffs of Flat Iron Mt. Spent the day skiing mellow slopes < 35 degrees. Did some hand sheer tests and ski cuts on a variety of features and everything was fairly resistant.</p>

Alpine slopes, Dense trees, Mellow slopes, Open trees.

Convex slopes, Steep slopes.

30cm + of new snow, or significant drifting, or rain in the last 48 hours.
