Pleasant Pascal Powder Party

lauren.beans, Sunday 6th March, 2022 6:35PM

We rode the N aspect of the E bowl at Chief Pascall. Snow was wind affected near ridgeline, powder above ~1650. Snow in the trees was crusty from tree melt below ~1700, solar aspects crusty. Saw a large slab avalanche likely the one reported from Thurs (photo). No reactivity observed on any of mellow slopes that we rode. Snow below 1650 was heavy/wet by the time we were exiting at 15:00. Luge track exit in prime shape.
