Bow falls

Bow Falls today! Lake has refrozen, and there was no issues crossing it. Very minimal snow on the slopes below bow Falls, two of our party of three slipped on water, polished slabs under the fresh snow, so take care. The wind has really played with the snow sometime snow height was as little as a few centimetres or sometimes up to perhaps 40 cm where it is crusty. The approach pitches are fresh snow on top of crusty Styrofoam snow layer, easy boot packing. The Climb itself went well in one pitch to the side of the chock stone, where the ice disappears. The WI 3 variation is not in. Ice climbed well, 1 hit sticks with occasional dinner plating.
