Vantage Ridge

Weather & Vis was in and out all day with moderate to strong winds in the alpine and at ridgeline. We choose to stay @ treeline and rode only N & NW facing slopes. Two quick pits showed about 5-10cm of slab forming on top of MFC. Hand sheer was easy to get slab to slide but nothing was reactive to skier traffic including ski cutting steep convexities. Some sluffing on steeper slopes was observed where wind loading had occurred.overall a great day
