<p>Had a great day with a guide from Elk Valley Snow Shepherds. He gladly dug a pit to show us the snowpack that has been stacking up this season. While walking up to dig the pit there was whumpfing and shooting cracks. </p>

Weather Report

<p>It was very cold in the morning, truck was reading -27C when we left the staging area. It warmed up significantly during the day and temperature in the sun would have been warmer than -8. Temperatures at the end of the day at staging was -18.</p>
