Avalanche Information

Multiple snowboarder triggered small storm slab avalanches that broke on the 2/12 sun crust. Storm slab depth varied from 20-30 cm. Extended column tests propagated with fracture characters of sudden planar. ECT12-18 SC NE and E aspects at 2000-2200m.

Weather

Moderate West winds observed 2/15 during the day and into the night with 20cm of new snow falling. Light West winds on 2/16.
