Thundermeadows

Stayed from the 27th to 30th at thundermeadows. We skinned up the road to cabin bowl however in the bowl there was no snow until 1450m then magically snow depth rapidly increased to around 100cms. There was great skiing above 1700m with 10cms of dry snow on top of a hard crust. No avalanches seen in three days. Snow felt super stable However many early season hazards were still present.
