Quick report
No distinct weak layer was found. The snow depth on the SW facing pit was 110-125cm/3' 7"-4'2". The snowpack consisted of uninterrupted snow with an inch or two layer of fresh graupel on top. The extended colum test resulted in ECTX which means no propagating or collapsing observed. The snowpack is still low and caution should be exercised on slopes greater than 30° and anywhere offtrail. Some whoomphing on flat terrain in the trees

Snowpack
A cohesive snowpack found on the SW facing slope at 10,460ft in an area protected by trees. An inch or two layer of graupel is on top of the snowpack. The extended colum test resulted in ECTX, which means no propagating or collapsing observed. The propagation saw test was preformed at 75cm, 45cm, and ground level. The colum collapsed at the last 10cm of each test. Wind blown and shallow snowpack found on slopes exposed to the wind, generally coming from the SW.
