Skied around disease ridge circle lake and blackcomb glacier today. Dug on N slope at 2000m on disease ridge. HS100cm. Cth25 and ctm18 both irregular breaks down 25 on density change F to F+. F down to 40cm, 4F to 50cm, and 1F to ground at 100cm. Slabs to sz 2 on N slope of disease and 9th hole from last storm. Crown was mid slope on 9th hole. Surface hoar large and abundant at treeline but sparse in alpine. Only found it in protected north aspects in alpine. West slopes were warming by mid afternoon and loose wet sz 1s were common in extreme steep rocky terrain.
