Wind slabs above Wedgemount Lake

Tons of small 5-15cm thick isolated wind slabs that formed in the high winds overnight on all aspects that most often instantly fractured, propagated, and slid on the old ice crusty as soon as you loaded them. We were boot-pack mountaineering out of the hut and woke up to tons of fresh small storm slabs, although some areas had 100m+ vertical lines of wind slab. Not enough snow to burry you, but enough to take you on a long unpleasant ride down the slope in some places. Most avoidable via route finding.
