Sublimation Station

We spent the day at Core Lodge near Tumbler Ridge. The wind has stripped the snow in exposed areas and is still blowing strong. When we head out for a day in the backcountry we pay attention to our surroundings and the changing snow conditions. This served us well today as we moved into terrain where the snow had been deposited by wind. We were happy to find the snow but had to manage the hazard that came with it.
