Bald Mtn Training day

Was out Teaching and AST course in the Area of Bald Mtn. around 5 cm of new snow on top of a 3-5cm crust. Saw 2 loose snow avalnches on east facing slopes both started due to warming of upper snowpack by trees loosing there snow.
