5 maybe 8 cm at ridge top of convective flurries from yesterday and last night made for nice skiing. At 11 am, the sun came out we heard a steady drum roll of avalanches from across the valley. Winds out of the Se picked up in the light range and the avalanches mostly stopped after 1 pm. The moraine on the way down was 5 cm of heavy mush on a crust and sloughed easily. Spots in the sun got a crust but mostly dry snow on our decent. Extensive pinwheeling on north aspects close to the road. We triggereed a couple of dry loose size 0.5 in the steep section.
