Little Crowfoot

Skied off Little Crowfoot in light powder and good light. HS 120cm on Ferris glacier, bottom half facets, with thick supportive layer above facets roughly 30-40cm, 10cm light powder on top, estimates from probing, didn’t dig into snow. We avoided thin and steep slopes. Large open holes at top of glacier. Treeline and below was less supportive with surface crust in places.
