Wet heavy snow

Went out just to dig a pit and check out a snow profile in a very safe spot. Stayed low altitude and low angle. Precip mostly mixed rain and snow. The top 5 cm was very wet from the mixed conditions. Snow was super wet and almost skied like corn.

Only had time to do a CT. Failed CT21 Q2. Was super hard to pull the slab off the weak layer at the fraction level probably due to the wet snow. I was kinda surprised to see the snow so isothermic. Only about .2 difference anywhere in the snowpack.
