<p>The long term inversion has had significant effects on north faces to over 2200m in the region. Near surface facets are moistened and will refreeze into a crust as the ridge breaks down later this week. Settlement of the upper snowpack evident. Surface hoar destroyed during daylight hours. Skiing fully springish and favouring the fat boards and warm snow wax. When refreeze initiates, riding conditions will be very poor.</p>
