Hector South Bowl Area

<p>No reactivity observed today. Winds were moderate. Hand shear at treeline did not result in a fracture but instead a break after significant force. Significant wind scouring was evident on alpine ridges. Snowpack here is shallower than some other areas, in the 60-80cm range at most. Snowpack is quite supportive with significantly denser snow underneath. Ski quality is good at treeline and poor in the alpine, travel below treeline is acceptable but not great. </p>
