Gorge Tree Skiing

Evidence of a natural storm cycle overnight and early morning below treeline. Suspecting the storm slab to be failing on Jan 5th surface hoar weak layer. Witnessed 2 whumpfs. Pulled back and avoided open steep trees. Skied lower angle slopes and dense trees.

Several Na storm slab potentially triggered by tree bombs on wind loaded pockets BTL. Suspecting entire HST failing on Jan 5th SH.
