Outer Siberia Ridge AST2

We skinned up from Falling Star along the edge of the trees to the saddle. One other group above us. We then skinned NE up to top of ridge. Dug a large snow pit on NW side of ridge. Snowpack depth 195 cm. Snowpack essentially as expected from regional snowpack data. Dug a smaller pit on SE side of ridge. Snowpack depth about 150 cm. Thicker facet layer at base of snowpack. Traversed out of trees and skied down the edge of Mammoth Droppings back to resort.
