-2 @ Farm parking lot in the morning. Snow was wet and sticking to in the afternoon at about 1,000m and below making travel very difficult. Dug two pits during the day, one at 1,250m and another at about 1,400m looking for the surface hoar layer and found it unreactive. Had moderate results in top +-25cm @ recent storm snow interface. Not much of a slab except for in areas affected by the wind. Great skiing from our high point of just below 1,500m down to about 1,000m. No signs of instability although we were leery of the warming temperatures.
