Good drive up the Gorge FSR. Required winter tires and AWD or 4x4. Plowed but slippery. Excellent coverage for anything above 1700m. Low density powder. It's heaven up there! Profile at 1950m (clearing at treeline on steep slope) Right side up snow from F to 1F PF 50cm (20cm on ridge top) HS 95cm CTH SP 35 down on MF crust (3cm thk) CTM SP 35 down on MF crust (3cm thk) Sky: OVC- to BKN 6/8 Precip: S-1 at times 35cm crust is starting to break down Harder MF crust 45 down (2cm thk) No Na activity
