Yet another Zoa Peak report

Solo trip to Zoa Peak. Conditions were great. Very slabby pow, Pipeline skied like a resort mogul run.

Saw 2 recent skier triggered small (0.5 and a 1.0) slab avalanches on isolated features in mellow terrain. Both on 30 degree, NE aspects. The 1.0 had about an 80m propagation, with a short (10m) runout because is was just above a shallow gully. Both had 30cm crowns on the recent crust reported previously. Was not able to trigger anything myself on similar features.

Quick probe check on Zoa Peak. Lots of wind transport going onto NE aspects.
