follow the light

The day was grey, except one terrain feature in the sun. There was 8 new cm's from the night, with moderate winds blowing from the SW throughout the day. The sledding was great in protected areas with 25-35 cm of soft snow loaded from the wind. We ski cut a size 1 avalanche on a NW ski run at 1350m. Between 1400m and 1100m, we enjoyed some ski turns on a supported ramp, NW aspect.
